God’s Love Touches Lives in Kenya | 29th March 2010

Moyale, in Northern Kenya, is an area where Islam is strong and where a long drought has seriously affected people’s livelihood. So there was great excitement when Missionary Aviation Fellowship aircraft transported evangelist Peter Franz and his team there for Gospel outreach to the Borana and Rendille people. “It was a major breakthrough,” he said. “The Lord was so good to us and many got saved, healed and delivered. The Lord even confirmed his Word by sending rain immediately the following day when we prayed for it. It was a big sign to the people. The country has been so dry and the livestock of the people are dying.” Peter Franz added that many of the new converts are already suffering persecution for answering Christ’s call. “But from what I saw, they will not want to trade that what they have received for anything in the world,” he added.

PRAISE: God for MAF’s aviation ministry to distant peoples, and for the response seen in Moyale. Pray that the new converts may remain strong in Christ.
